We’re Sian & Tammy….sisters, lifelong dancers and the duo behind Dusty Boots Line Dancing!
Dancing has been part of both our lives from a young age, but we’ve taken slightly different routes to get here. Sian has always been a country girl at heart, horses, country music, cowboy boots, America and even learning to line dance on a ranch in the States. Tammy has danced across different disciplines and taught her first dance class over 15 years ago, so between us, dancing has pretty much always been part of the furniture!
But Dusty Boots is only one part of our very busy lives…
Meet Sian!
Sian is a mum of three grown up children and very proud Nanna to a gorgeous little baby girl. Alongside Dusty Boots, she works as a Hospital Domestic Violence Advocate and is also an Army Reserve Medic…because apparently, she doesn’t know how to sit still!
Sian is pure high frequency energy and easily the most positive person you'll ever cross paths with. Her life outside Dusty Boots revolves around fitness, self improvement, and an enduring love for country and American aesthetics. She embraces her full woohoo persona, rarely missing a chance to talk mindset work, energy, and manifesting. As the loud, bubbly engine of the pair, her distinct, boisterous laugh is so delightfully contagious it commands the entire room. Endlessly hilarious and always good for a shockingly inappropriate comment right on cue, Sian makes it impossible not to smile.
Meet Tammy!
Tammy is a mum of two and works as a Biomedical Scientist for the NHS. She’s been dancing for most of her life, has a love for all different styles and disciplines, and brings years of dance and teaching experience to Dusty Boots, including being the brains behind some of our choreography!
While she might present as the quieter sister, don't be fooled, her chaotic spark matches Sian's step for step! They bounce off each other effortlessly, creating a contagious vibe that keeps everyone coming back for more. She’s perfected the art of the last-minute arrival, sweeping through the door in the nick of time after executing a packed agenda. But the second she and Sian hit the floor together, her passion is unmatched, because when it comes to dancing, she’s always ready to go.

We started Dusty Boots because we wanted to create the kind of line dancing community we would want to be part of ourselves, welcoming, relaxed, a little bit chaotic and never taking ourselves too seriously.
What started as a few classes has quickly grown into packed weekly sessions, private events, collaborations, a crew who have become family, and an incredible community of people we genuinely love spending our evenings with.
Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or have two left feet and absolutely no idea what you’re doing, you’ll always be welcome with us.
